My entire experience here has been exceptional. I have been a member for 2 months and have had the pleasure of working with a very friendly and helpful staff. They are courteous and knowledgable at all times. I have found the red light therapy and infrared sauna to be effective in treating back pain and stiffness. I look forward to trying some of the other services provided if needed. Thanks for a great experience!

For the last 3 weeks I have been going here for a 90 minute session 3 times a week: First the Cryro Therapy, next the Red Light Therapy and then wrapping up with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Kelley, Emily and Tara are all wonderful hosts that provide a very friendly, helpful, clean and efficient experience. The longer term benefits are to be determined but so far, the therapies feel wonderful and I am glad I am trying each one of these.

I hurt my shoulder, really bad and use the cryo- chamber in the Aspen Laser and was able to recover within 3-4 weeks and gained full rotation of my shoulder
